1.하늘 가는 밝은 길이

내 앞에 있으니

슬픈 일을 많이 보고

늘 고생하여도

하늘 영광 밝음이

어둔 그늘 헤치니

예수 공로 의지하여

항상 빛을 보도다

2.내가 걱정하는 일이

세상에 많은 중

속에 근심밖에 걱정

늘 시험하여도

예수 보배로운 피

모든 것을 이기니

예수 공로 의지하여

항상 이기리로다

3.내가 천성 바라보고

가까이 왔으니

아버지의 영광 집에 가

쉴 맘 있도다

나는 부족하여도

영접하실 터이니

1.The bright, heaven-ly way, be-fore me,

Lies clear-ly in my sight;

And though sor-rows sore be-set me,

And trou-bles black as night,

At the splen-dor from the skies

Ev-'ry dark-ling shad-ow flies,

While we trust the grace of Je-sus

And look ev-er to that Light.

2.When I think on all the wor-ries

Which in my world I see,

In-ner fears and out-er tri-als

Seem nigh too much for me;

But the blood of Christ our Lord

Puts them whol-ly to the sword,

While we trust the grace of Je-sus

And shall ev-er vic-tors be.

3.Draw-ing near-er to that ci-ty

Yet seen by faith a-lone,

Long-ing for the Fa-ther's man-sions

And rest be-fore the throne,

All un-worth-y though I be

There is wel-come there for me,

For the King is our own Je-sus,
