우리에게 주신 주님

서로서로 사랑하면

제자 된다 가르쳤네

그 연약한 제자들을

끝날까지 사랑하고

함께 찬송부르시며

감람산을 오르셨네

2. 겟세마네 기도로써

아버지 뜻 이루시고

십자가의 고난 길로

걸어가신 우리 주님

악한 무리 막으려고

검을 빼는 제자에게

죽기까지 인내하라

조용하게 말씀했네

3. 우리 위해 기도하신

주의 뜻을 이루도록

우리 모두 주 안에서

하나 되게 하옵소서

의와 진리 말씀으로

새찬송가 영어 가사

1.Your new com-mand to live with love was giv-en us Je-sus, from You.

We should share love, love for each one, try-ing to do what You taught us.

Though they are weak fol-l'wers of Him, each oth-er love till the last day,

Sing-ing a song, prais-ing the Lord. then they went up Ol-i-ve's mount.

2.Geth-sem-a-ne's im-plor-ing prayer, our Fa-ther's will, it came to pass.

Way of the cross, suf-fer-ing way, this way our Lord walked be-fore us.

Then to the one who drew His sword, try-ing to hold e-vil crowds back.

"Pa-tience till death," were our Lord's words in a low voice, fac-ing the cross.

3.May we com-plete His will who prayed on our be-half, lov-ing us all,

That we might be to-geth-er joined, one in our Lord let it be so.

Shaped by God's word right-eous and true, may our lives be ho-ly and pure.

Act-ing with love as Je-sus did, puts in-to deeds Christ's suf-f'ring way.
