주 위해 일어나

기 들고 앞서 나가

담대히 싸우라

주께서 승전하고

영광을 얻도록

그 군대 거느리사

이기게 하시네

그 나팔 소리 듣고

곧 나가 싸우라

수 없는 원수 앞에

주 따라갈 때에

주 예수 힘을 주사

강하게 하시네

네 힘이 부족하니

주 권능 믿으라

복음의 갑주 입고

늘 기도하면서

너 맡은 자리에서

충성을 다하라

Ye sol-diers of the cross;

Lift high His roy-al ban-ner,

It must not suf-fer loss:

From vic-t'ry un-to vic-t'ry

His ar-my He shall lead,

Till ev-'ry foe is van-quished,

And Christ is Lord in-deed.

2.Stand up, stand up for Je-sus,

The trum-pet call o-bey;

Forth to the might-y con-flict

In this His glo-rious day:

Ye that are men now serve Him

A-gainst un-num-bered foes;

Let cour-age rise with dan-ger,

And strength to strength op-pose.

Stand in His strength a-lone;

The arm of flesh will fail you,
