주가 보호하시고

거룩한 산 시온에서

도우심을 원하네

모든 죄를 통회하고

나의 몸을 드리니

믿음으로 구한 것을

이뤄주심 바라네

2.주가 구원하셨으니

기쁘고도 고마워

주의 이름 위하여서

기를 들어 세우리

하나님이 구세주를

하늘에서 보내사

피를 흘려 우리들을

구원하여 주셨네

3.어떤 이는 세상권세

믿고 의지하여도

우리들은 주의 이름

의지하고 바라네

1.The Lord hear thee in af-flic-tion;

The Lord guard thee in thy need,

From His ho-ly fill of Zi-on

Be thy staff and stay in-deed.

When the soul turns in re-pent-ance

From the sin we so de-plore,

May He grant His full sal-va-tion

And His peace on Ca-naan's shore.

2.For the sav-ing grace be-stow'd us

Hymns of joy and thanks we frame,

While we lift a-loft the ban-ner

Of our Sav-ior's ho-ly name.

God sent down His son from heav-en

His re-bel-lious world to win;

Christ the Son, His blood out-pour-ing,

Wrought sal-va-tion for our sin.

3.Let who will re-ly on rich-es,

Name or sta-tion, strength or sword.

As for us, our full re-li-ance

Shall be on-ly on the Lord.

On the day they fall and per-ish,
